Since 2 years, ING Bank is working hard on the roll-out of chatbots within multiple service domains and countries. As one of the front-runners, ING Belgium created Marie, our helpful chatbot and Linus, the efficient callbot. Pieter Goderis, head of Artificial Intelligence at ING Belgium, will explain some of the learnings and pitfalls we have gathered so far. The talk will consist of both high-level and in-depth topics.
