In this talk, I'll introduce IBM Watson Assistant Solution, a new AI personal assistant, that can deal with the huge amounts of data/events created by the digital transformation, and bring insights to each and every one of us that we can't conclude on our own due to the huge amount of data sources and amounts of events. I'll demo and reveal several customer and partners using these framework covering multiple industries such as Automotive, Hospitality, Retail, and others. I'll present some of the innovations we have introduced into our assistant such as the skill routing capability combined with the user context that allows users to interleave conversations on multiple topics without losing the context when going back and forth between topics. Our assistant has a novel knowledge and reasoning framework allowing it to provide proactive behavior which enables it to start a conversation with the user if certain events occurred.
