Saga, Member of New Frontier Group, created with Raiffeisen Bank REA using Weaver platform, a service powered by artificial intelligence that you interact with via a chat interface. REA fully understands natural language, serbian or english. Conversation between REA and bank client is interactive and seems like regular conversation between individuals.
There is over one hundred storylines in REA’s memory, but weekly she learns new ones. After six months of work, REA has performed 350,000 conversations. Most frequently asked questions in that period were about activation/blocking of banking card, customers ’s account balance, and type of credits available in the bank. Besides banking questions, REA gets typical questions from human conversation, about her mood or weather conditions. REA skillfully and with measured humor answers some of these questions.
