Anyone can build bots - but how about Conversational AI for the Enterprise? Philipp Heltewig, former CIO of Sitecore, Co-Founder and CEO of Cognigy will take a close look at the unique challenges of embedding chatbots and AI-enabled phone systems as core components of the enterprise systems landscape, next to existing line of business systems such as CRM/ERP/HRM.
Gabi Zodik is the Director, CTO and Head of Development for Watson Assistant Solutions, as well as the Department Group Manager of the IoT and Cloud Technologies department at IBM Research - Haifa. He oversees the lab's research and development efforts in IoT, mobile, wearable solutions, and emerging cloud computing platforms. Over the past years, Gabi played a leadership role in applying artificial intelligence to IoT solutions. In his role as CTO and head of development, Gabi oversees the research and development activities in the areas of IoT for consumer businesses, where one of the major activities is to build Watson Assistant Solutions for our enterprise clients (e.g., automotive, hospitality, and retail) and a cross industry Assistant Framework. Gabi has an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Technion, and an MBA from the University of Haifa. Gabi is a frequent speaker on the challenges and opportunities in the future of AI and IoT systems.
