Linda is product owner content & chatbot at a.s.r. She is an all-round communication expert and has the capacity to understand the requirements from both the customer as well as business perspective. In her role she combines chatbot performance results with the requirements of the customer and the business and translates this into clear content and smooth chatbot dialogues. At a.s.r she plays an important role in relevant content for the company website and in growing and innovating the chatbot to become even more service oriented.

Carolyn Duncan is passionate about Conversational AI and is currently the Senior AI Product Manager within Wells Fargo Bank’s Innovation Group, guiding the product strategy and implementation of chatbot/virtual assistant (CVA) solutions for customers and team members, while leading a team of product managers and content specialists. Carolyn joined Wells Fargo in early 2018, after having led go-to-market and product strategy for IBM Watson Virtual Agent (within Watson Conversation Services solution portfolio). She is an experienced tech strategy consultant and customer value leader across industries and many leading firms including IBM, PwC, Cisco and Ariba (now SAP Ariba) and has held long-term roles in the US, UK, Australia and Mexico – and now resides near New York City. Carolyn has an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Duquesne University.
