Chatbots are a typical representation of the application of technologies around Artificial Intelligence (AI). Many of these applications aim at reducing costs and optimising the operating model. However, the far larger potential for utilizing AI is creating new businesses from the data a company can access. We urge for developing a new topline for businesses that is based on cognitive technologies. For this, a new thinking required and everyone within the organization needs to understand the principles to become drivers for change.
